News and Events

  • WPI is celebrating the Hour of Code with a Month of Code in the month of December.  Members of the Coding and Robots Club are serving as technical advisors for their classes, and all students are participating in activities to learn Blockly programming language.  In addition to this, our students participate in various coding and STEAM (Science, Technology Engineering, Arts, and Math) projects throughout the year.  Please contact Kim Whitman with any questions you have about this event, coding, or STEAM projects.
  • Thank you to the Cullman County Student Investment Foundation!  WPI Library was awarded one of their grants in the summer of 2017.  As a result, we now have Ozobots to use with our coding projects!
  • Thanks to Operation Round-Up through the Cullman Power Board and Cullman Electric Cooperative.  Multiple grants from this wonderful program have assisted our library in adding new books and STEAM materials to our collection.
  • Students, please turn in Boxtops to Mrs. Whitman to help raise money for our library.
  • Students, you may make book requests with the request box in the library.  See Mrs. Whitman with questions.
